Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
Currency and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Delivery is free. For information about orders over £135, please see our Shipping Policy.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund you in full straight away.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored by Rassen. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure.
Cash on delivery
We don’t offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid online at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method. See our Refund & Returns Policy for timings.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank, then try again. If you need help, email info@rassen.shop.
Order checks
To protect you and us from fraud, we may need to verify some orders before dispatch. If we can’t verify an order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
