1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on rassen.shop. Rassen is operated by Alexander Peter SACK, a sole trader, at Friedrichstr. 15, 95444 Bayreuth, Germany. Email: info@rassen.shop. Phone: +44 7985 618632. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our bags as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Each product page lists the bag’s details and dimensions.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Delivery is free. If we find an error in the price of an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we cannot verify the payment. If so, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses as set out in our Shipping Policy. The bag becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to you.

7. Returns and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Using our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access or interfering with how it works.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we’ll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay, and you may cancel for a full refund.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the UK and may bring a claim in the UK courts.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
